Thanks. I'll try to use them in future, though I'll also post any new entries here for peer review.pavero wrote: ↑Mon Jan 03, 2022 6:20 pm Because there are still many users who don't know about existence new preservation forms or they haven't tried to use them yet, some additional promotion is needed:

These online forms should by always use, if you want to add some missing informations, new files or change something what is incorrect and there is no any doubt about it. The main purpose is clear - to reduce number of posts in 'Little bugs in the database' and 'Cover Artists' threads, where is very time-consuming to process those changes manually. But if you use these forms, all changes can be processed fully automatically.

I'm not sure, either, but the SQ-Tracker cover lists George K as the author in addition to the signature in the corner. Also the covers look very homebrew, so I think there is a good chance that the author also did the art.pavero wrote: ↑Thu Dec 30, 2021 1:36 pmWell, we know that George K is the author of those programs. But I am not sure if he is the author those inlays too!Rorthron wrote: ↑Tue Dec 28, 2021 12:07 pm PROXIMA
Lots of these are signed George K, but I am not sure if that indicates the name of the programmer or the artist. I suspect both. Is George K an alias of Jiří Koudelka (see SQ-Tracker, for example)?

Strongly suspect he's behind Sunshine's Cruising on Broadway too, as it's extremely similar to Zipper Flipper:StooB wrote: ↑Mon Feb 07, 2022 2:14 pm Stuart Hughes

Hi
On the Back To Skool's story on the issue 234 of Retro Gamer magazine, Keith Warrington confirmed he was the cover artist for this Microsphere classic. I've added myself that info through the Preservation Tools.
Thank you!

Terry has also confirmed Heroes of Karn on Twitter:
There are now just two Interceptor releases that still need cover artwork credits, Jewels of Babylon (which looks like Terry again) and After Shock.

Cover artwork for all 9 titles is by Wendy Mellor, aka Wendy Barratt according to Chris Payne former MD of Europress.
Her website is https://www.wendybarratt.com/blog/wendy ... -wide-web/ - with a comment from Chris Payne that confirms they are the same person.

The inlay artwork seems to be by David John Rowe because of the peculiar signature at down, right ("DJR"):

BTW is this thread still being used to update the database? I ask because nothing since p5 (August 2020) seems to have been reviewed.
(This isn't a criticism. It's just a genuine question.)

Re: Cover Artists 2
Great find @StooB I always liked that cover. Now I know why. Another Steve Weston masterpiece. Steve had a very busy 1987: Ranarama, Impossaball, Gunrunner, Zynaps, Exolon, Alleykat (C64), Nebulus, Eagles (C64), the original Magnetron and Morpheus (C64) covers. And probably a couple more. Wow, amazing!StooB wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 2:57 pm Ring Wars
