I was thinking of the original trabajan from the early 1980s. I still have to give the modern one a try

I love how you can keep retrying until you run out of credits.

Two more - one is a well known budget game, while the second image is a text adventure which was released in the late 1980's by a mail order software house.

The second one isn't The Archers is it?

My try at La Abadia del Crimen, I prompted 'two monks in a middle-age abbey...'

AI mistook christian monks for buddist monks, definitely.

Yes the top one is Finders Keepers. As for the second one, think of Bodmin, Exmoor etc.

I hope that's supposed to be a painting on the wall and not a mirror in which case AI needs to learn about how those work too.

A related question, does anyone know if there's an AI to generate 3D models/scenes of Speccy games?

I believe that the picture with the reporter, big cat and dead sheep may be The Beast from Marlin games?

I also don't think I'm alone in thinking that Disney/Pixar have missed a trick in not making films based on Spectrum games :D . If only the Speccy had been the biggest selling computer across the pond.

Not exactly the loading screen, but I think this scene represents the game even better:

Image
Spoiler
front view of 6 identical knights on shinny armour holding shield mounted on black horse standing side by side on an open field, a lonely old rock tower visible on the side, a small forest and an ancient Greek squary brick building in the distance, mountains covered with snow in the horizon

  it really is witchcraft. It could simply have drawn the same knight multiple times, but instead each has been drawn slightly differently to match the perspective.

It's not that.

It's a budget game, and not a great one either.
