It's a Profi board (a Soviet ZX Spectrum clone developed in 1991) inside an Antonelli electronic organ case.

This is the most impressive and complete book about everything surrounding the Sinclair ZX Spectrum computer. The 2012 version was already impressive and this 2022 version is even more so. Thank you very much @Alessandro , are you planning to make a Spanish translation?
