​Starting from today, 25 April 2023, Anniversary of the Liberation of Italy from Nazism and Fascism, Italia 1944 shall be free to download.

A heartfelt thank you to all those who purchased the game in the almost two years since its release; I hope they enjoyed it, and that it was also a chance to learn something about the most dramatic period of the history of Italy since its unification.

This is a really neat game, with very simple and well-thought-out controls. I was nearly late for work as I got very distracted by it.
