Haha! At first I thought this was a fairly lazy platformer, but there are some fiendishly designed screens on here.

Well, I poked 99 lives, and finished with 26. As it's a fairly short game, I suppose the challenge now is to try and complete it on the alloted 8...eek!

Interesting. I think it's got the proper difficulty level, neither Abu Simbel's (I'm sure everybody has it in mind when playing this game) nor the kind of game it can be completed in just 2 or 3 games.

I like it! :P

Good game, it feels and plays like a classic game, even difficulty is like in those games of old.

My goal for the weekend is to finish this game on bread and water*. Getting closer, but there are some bloody difficult screens toward the end (BTW can be downloaded at SC now).

Anyone else in?

Shouldn’t the entry say “Authored with: Arcade Game Designer”?
Every man should plant a tree, build a house, and write a ZX Spectrum game.

Achievement unlocked! 4 lives to spare. There's something I really like about this game.

Thanks for the comments and for sharing.
I grew up playing games like Manic Miner, Abu Simbel, and ultimately all the devilishly difficult games from Dinamic.
Anyway, Wayne Coleman is nothing more than a prequel to the legendary Johnny Jones, whom I admired.
So basically, Ast A. Moore, I think the AGD motor has a lot to give yet.
There is no more to see the Revenge of the vampire of Ariel Enderaues (this time I say it well).
In that way, UFO is much easier to finish. And much shorter.
Sometimes you got frustrated trying to finish one of those games ...
Thanks for the work you do from here and greetings!

In terms of difficulty, your games are a piece of cake compared to anything by Dinamic!

The first time I played Papyrus, it took about 99 lives to finish it, and doing it with 9 seemed unthinkable. I'd forgotten how much fun it is to play a game through normally—you quickly start to ease through obstacles that previously seemed impossible. Many games are too big & hard to do this, but there's something 'just right' about this game.

Good work!

Hahaha!!
There is no comparison with any Dinamic game, R-Type!
We'll see the next one if it comes out so easy.
Thank you!
