Kat Trap?
Re: Guess the screen$
I've often wondered about the background to People From Sirius - was it originally released in Spain and decided by US Gold not to be good enough for a TopoSoft style Kixx release like Coliseum, Blackbeard etc? Or was it just developed by Mauro Spagnolo (as it says on the YS version) and then enhanced by Toposoft? What were the enhancements made for the Spanish release? I've had a quick blast and can't tell straight away, maybe it's you don't die quite so easily?Alessandro wrote: ↑Thu May 27, 2021 3:01 pm All right, it was released in the UK only as a covertape game. In Spain, it was re-released with some modifications (besides the translation to Spanish). As far as I know it was not distributed anywhere else.
I love the TopoSoft cover though! Really good, maybe by Alfonso Aspiri?

It is. Honestly, I did not think it could have been that easy...
Your turn Juan.
toot_toot It's not that enhanced, in fact the US Gold release has a different title music (the notorious "Air on the fourth string" i.e. the second movement from J.S. Bach's Suite for orchestra n. 3 in D Major) and offers the choice to read the story and instructions for the game before starting. Topo Soft only changed the tune with another composed by Gominolas and removed the instructions. The cover illustration seems in the style of Azpiri in fact, and the Topo Soft version's loading screen is based upon it. I was unable to find other differences between the two versions, apart from the language of course. By the way, Mauro Spagnolo is Italian (Spagnolo is an Italian surname in fact).
