Meow. Is there a ZX Spectrum equivalent of this new modern game?

General software. From trouble with the Banyan Tree to OCP Art Studio, post any general software chat here. Could include game challenges...

Meow. Is there a ZX Spectrum equivalent of this new modern game?

Post by PeteProdge »

Cats are awesome. Best creatures ever. (Shut up, dogs.)

I rarely buy modern games on any modern platforms, but I think I'll make an exception for this. (It'll have to be on Steam of course. The most modern PlayStation I have is a PS3.)

Any ZX Spectrum games where you control a cat?

This is a blatant rip off the Caesar's games, specifcally Caesar's travels.

And you sort of control a cat in Thundercats. And maybe Chaos.

I started playing this on ps5 on Wednesday and it’s a gorgeous and thoroughly enjoyable game. The way the cat reacts to certain situations is amazing and spot on with how our beloved feline friends act. The robots that live in the dystopian world are also amazing and they have real character. The only problem is that I can only play whilst our cat, Dotty, is either asleep or out because she constantly slaps the tv screen trying to fight the digital moggy. :D

It's just Tomb Raider with Lara being replaced by some old moggy.

Anyway, these will give some extra levels to play....

I can't see any differences between your fancy modern game and Cat Walk.
