hi,
i found two entries with the same name and more the same

both "Spectrum Disassembler 16k type-in by David H..."
both from september 1982
both in BASIC
both with SpectrumDisassembler.tzx.zip

I checked the magazine references and I believe they are different. The authors names are correct:
