I've noticed that Retrogames (co uk) currently have some wallet-bleedingly expensive ZX Spectrum Games for sale on eBay, including a few MIA ones including Llamasoft's Graphics Creator (only £1100, here).
There's no way I'd buy them, but interesting to see them in the wild.
