I honestly wasn't hoping for much with this initially, but what a nice game it turned out to be. The gameplay is simple and very addictive, the graphics are neat as well with great use of colours and the music is good as well though. Overall a very enjoyable game...just a pity it was never finished.

A pity about Sid's control, which doesnt always respond as you want and sometimes "slips" where it shouldnt unnecessarialy becaming quite annoying.
A good game althou a bit rough around the edges but still good.
Be prepared to question your inteligence.

This is quite a jolly game with a nice look with simple yet devilish gameplay. From memory there were meant to be 100 levels but only 50 made it onto the final version, but that's still plenty to keep you entertained. It can be frustrating because, of course, but it works and it is a bit of a shame that the author never found time to expand the game further or even produce another game, Sid Spider is David Pegg's one and only entry. Pity because I for one would have been intrigued to see what else he was capable of and maybe Sid Spider could have had a nice little series like Benny Bunny did for instance. I'm rambling now, this is good, worth playing if you haven't already done so.
