It's canoeing, I remember doing Wildwater which was the final game released by Bug-Byte Software and it wasn't a good game. This released two years earlier by Players is better but it's still not a good game. You have four courses to choose from and once you complete it that's it, but I suppose they can be completed, unlike in Wildwater. Also there's a designer which allows you to change or re-design the existing courses, which is bold enough to suggest “if you think our courses are shite, let's see YOU have a go and see if YOU can do better”. It isn't particularly a good game but Wildwater is my comparison game and I gave that a 2, this is better so a rating of 3 is justified.
