Reviews for Thunderceptor (#5263)

A horizontally scrolling space shoot-em-up with large, detailed and colorful graphics. An interesting feature is that before starting the game you can select how much points to allocate to shields, normal laser and super laser (required for end-of-level enemy spaceships). A fine example of a tried and tested formula. 4/5.

This too was not released on its own like Fast 'n' Furious and the two were bundled alongside each other. This too has nice graphics and is pretty fast, but unlike Fast 'n' Furious which had effective gameplay, this doesn't. I don’t know everything just seemed more fun in the previous game compared to this. Still it's a lot better than some of the other shooters the Spectrum threw up and it isn't half bad in all honesty, it's just Fast 'n' Furious was the better game that's all.

I thought I was playing Moon Cresta side viewed. Yup, it's yet another shoot 'em up viewed from the side. It's colorful, fun to play and... it's just another shoot 'em up.
