I loved this game so much that I bought the board game, made another one myself and wrote a spectrum version using Achile Talon cartoons as characters.
The atmosphere is great and the game is very well written. This is a must have for any quiz loving fan.

Trivial Pursuit may seem boring at first sight but it is, indeed, a very rewarding experience . :)

At least , I prefer it to the board game .

Yes the classic board game on the ZX Spectrum...and it's rather good fun. The rules are the same, the format is the same, so essentially it’s Trivial Pursuit on your ZX Spectrum...which is rather nice. The only thing is you have to tell the computer whether you were right or wrong rather than it tell you you were right or wrong, so essentially you can just cheat your way to the wedges and to victory. But still it's good fun nonetheless.

And all this is guided by our mascot "TP"...whatever he is supposed to be? Probably related to Horace I gather.

Intriguing precursor to the mini era of social board gaming brought about by Nintinedo and the Wii.
This highly rated game has one mini nod to the computer game format in terms of an animated MC asking the questions, but otherwise only detracts from the board game that it mimics.
Could have done a bit more with format to make this a fun alternative to more simply and sociably getting the board out.

Curiously enjoyable adaptation of the boardgame, marred by the Speccy soundchip's ineptitude during the music questions.

It's a quite enjoyable adaptation of the board game but the fact that you're able to get everything right without trying spoils the fun of it.

Marvellous converstion of the board game, much better because of the musics and pictures.

I would recommend it to every person that likes the board game.

This is one of the games I most loaded on my old speccy, and I play dozen of times with my sister.

In its genre this game is superb...if you only like arcades or adventures this is not for you.
